Mr. Schoel provides representation in general civil and commercial litigation.  He works to protect the business interests of our clients, and helps business owners weigh their options before making important business decisions.

Mr. Schoel counsels clients in bankruptcy matters, with a focus on creditor's rights.  He also counsels clients in mergers, acquisitions and other general organizational matters.

Additionally, Mr. Schoel represents clients in premises liability and debt collection matters, as well as workmen's compensation defense.
