Estate Probate and Administration

The personal representative of an estate is responsible for payment of the debts of the decedent (funeral expenses, hospital bills, and all other debts of the decedent). He or she is also responsible for the filing of tax returns, locating the assets of the estate, and distributing those assets according to the decedent’s last will and testament.

The attorneys at Natter & Fulmer, P.C. have substantial experience representing personal representation in the administration of estates. The firm also has experience representing beneficiaries of estate and heirs-at-law of decedents.
